Please help me with...I updated some information abo9ut the page that was about me. I then saw that I should not have done that based on your policies. Please advise what I should do.

- @JBWPpw: When one has a conflict of interest, such as you writing about yourself, it's considered best practice not to edit the article directly, but to propose specific changes, where relevant citing reliable sources that are independent of the subject, on the article's talk page, in this case Talk:Jeffrey Brent, and to leave the implementation to uninvolved editors. You can add the code
