- Delete. It's not a hoax, but it's not exactly notable either. What this is, is a comic book created by a young man in his early teens from what I can tell. [1] I applaud the young man for being creative, but in order for your stuff to be on Wikipedia it must pass notability guidelines and right now your stuff just doesn't have the coverage in reliable sources that would show that it does.
