Everything is good in this game. The characters, the art, the story telling...etc. But I believe it would be more honest to state that it has been in development for over 4 years now and the MC has not yet had sex with anyone other than her husband.
And she'll only have sex (and no one is sure it's actually intercourse) in 4 playable days. Which is in 6-8 years of development at the current rate.

We all know the only ones who can change LP turtle slow ass updates are his patreons..but they all choose to stay quite and say nothing...if they talk than LP might actually speed it up..i just to be a patreon myself and told him and he used a excuse and his "followers" agreed, some are from here, which surprised me ...

You should give Inside Jennifer a try. NTR is such a stupidly subjective term that it virtually has no meaning. If you skip Inside Jennifer simply for that reason, you are potentially missing a really great game. If you want sexy models, and a completed story, you should check it out.
I agree but completed? It is only at Episode 4 with episode 5 realsing in March. I honestly do not know many games that a good and completed. Maybe Acting lessons the game before being a dik.
You're right, I jumped the gun. But the point I was trying to make is that it isn't going to be an endless game that is dragged out. Instead the end is in sight and a new player can be confident that they'll get the complete experience.
